Job summary

UPS in the Philippines is seeking a Security Specialist to monitor, analyze and audit security conditions across operations. You will conduct inspections, identify issues and drive defined resolutions, and perform security-related investigations.

You will implement security awareness programs, ensure compliance with field security regulations, and lead contract management for security vendors as an Alternate FSC when needed. Excellent communication and analytical skills are required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Ideally with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in transportation/airport industry.
• At least 3 years of people management skills is an advantage
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma preferred
• Possesses good oral and written communication skills
• Analytical, Thorough, Assertive
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated.
• Requires demonstrated skills in MS Word and Excel; PowerPoint a plus
