Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience.
• Relevant IT certification(s) such as CISSP, CISA, or CISM.
• 4+ years of IT and audit experience, preferably in health insurance.
• Strong understanding of IT security and internal controls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads projects with minimal supervision and demonstrates technical proficiency for assigned assessments.
• Develops test steps with team members and executes steps per framework.
• Documents testing activities clearly for review and traceability.
• Interprets results and performs root cause analysis on control findings.
• Communicates IT security risks and remediation plans with business partners.
• Plans scoping, performs procedures, and develops final reports.
• Proactively develops solutions to meet customer needs.
• Explains complex issues clearly and performs conceptual analysis.
• Supports continuous program improvement and adheres to policies.
