Job summary

Kroll is seeking a cyber security engineer to join our MSSP operations, focusing on platform management across CrowdStrike EDR and SIEM. The role requires strong Linux skills, network understanding, and a customer-facing mindset in a fast-paced environment.

You will own issue remediation, assist junior engineers, and contribute to platform health, runbooks, and knowledge sharing within the team at Kroll.

Qualifications

• Expertise in CrowdStrike EDR and administration.
• Strong understanding of Next-Gen SIEM data ingestion.
• Solid Linux command line skills and networking knowledge.
• Experience with customer-facing support in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Owns remediation for assigned technical issues and escalations.
• Mentor junior team members on platform/tooling concepts.
• Triage and resolve tickets, diagnose log sources and endpoints.
• Monitor platform health and define runbooks for efficiency.
• Document platform configurations and share knowledge with the team.
