Job summary

Sekuro Asia is seeking a senior GRC engineer to design, implement, and operate security platforms and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate security across cloud, platform, and on-prem environments, and integrate new SOC clients into established processes.

The role emphasizes translating roadmaps into concrete platform requirements, managing complex stakeholder expectations, and leading secure-by-design initiatives within a dynamic security operations context.

Qualifications

• Excellent oral communication and presentation skills.
• Professional appearance to represent Sekuro.
• Experience managing short engagements and longer projects.
• Able to engage with technical business and technology stakeholders.
• Two or more GRC certifications. Candidates studying for a second certification will still be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to automate security within our Platform, Cloud services and on-premise client infrastructure.
• Translate roadmaps into platform-specific requirements and designs.
• Manage expectations of key business stakeholders, drive change and negotiate outcomes.
• Identify risks in deploying system solutions and propose mitigations.
• Develop capacity, performance, and availability plans for systems.
• Lead purple teaming and DevOps efforts to enhance automation.
• Onboard and integrate new SOC clients into service processes.
