Job summary

BLUE HELIOS CORPORATION is seeking a Security Officer to oversee 24/7 security operations and ensure PCI-DSS compliant security practices. The role involves managing access control, audits, and incident reporting, with a focus on CCTV and security systems.

The ideal candidate has a IT-related degree, strong English skills, and experience with security log management, MS Office, and reporting. Banking or card production exposure is a plus, and the position is based in Metro Manila with full-time

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Proficient in English.
• Strong knowledge in CCTV and access control operations, incident response, and inventory/security log management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and report preparation.
• Previous experience in banking or card production environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure physical security compliance to PCI-DSS guidelines
• Draft and implement physical security policies and procedures
• Act as a main Key Custodian
• Oversee the 24/7 physical security operations of the perso bureau
• Train and supervise security guards
• Responsible for the issuance and control of access cards
• Conduct physical security audits and maintain operational logs of access systems, alarms, and CCTV
• Operate and monitor physical security devices and related software
• Prepare detailed reports on incidents, audits, and daily security operations
