Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and incident response principles.
• Familiarity with IDS/IPS, firewalls, and endpoint security tools.
• Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and prioritize system alerts to identify potential threats.
• Conduct initial investigations, documentation, and escalation of alerts.
• Perform initial triage and validation of alerts to rule out false positives.
• Update incident tickets and follow established protocols.
