Accenture in Manila is seeking an SIEM Operations Manager to lead a security monitoring and threat detection program, coordinate incident response, and drive compliance across client environments.

The role requires SME-level expertise in SIEM, incident response, and security controls, with experience in ISO 27001/NIST/GDPR. You will mentor the team, align security plans with business goals, and report on risk and improvements.

What You’ll Do

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.

• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions.

• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.

• Facilitate training sessions to enhance team knowledge and skills.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of security measures and recommend improvements.

• Develop and maintain documentation related to security processes and protocols.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Operations.

• Strong understanding of incident response and threat detection methodologies.

• Experience with security compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or GDPR.

• Familiarity with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus software.

• Proficient in analyzing security logs and generating reports for stakeholders.
