Job summary

Advanced Call Center Technologies (ACT) is hiring a Security Officer to protect employees, visitors, and assets at our Makati office on an 8-hour shift with 30-minute handover.

You will monitor access points, conduct patrols, enforce security protocols, respond to incidents, and report daily activity. The role requires LESP, security training, fitness, and clearances (NBI, drug, medical, neuro-psychological). Onsite work and shifting schedule are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid LESP issued by PNP-SOSIA.
• Certified Security Guard Training Completion Certificate.
• Physically and mentally fit for duty.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• No derogatory criminal record.
• Willing to work onsite in Makati and on shifting schedules.
• Valid NBI Clearance.
• Drug Test Result.
• Medical Certificate.
• Neuro-Psychological Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and security of employees, visitors, and assets.
• Monitor entry and exit points of the facility.
• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.
• Enforce company security protocols and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security concerns.
• Prepare incident and daily activity reports.
• Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary.
