Job summary

Inchcape Digital Limited is seeking a Security Engineering Technical Lead to implement and maintain advanced security controls while partnering with IT Operations to minimize disruption to business services.

The role involves leading incident response, optimizing threat defenses, and mentoring junior security engineers within a hybrid/remote framework. A CISSP/OSCP/GIAC or cloud security mindset is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations, engineering, or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience deploying, administering, and optimizing security tooling.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Implement and deploy new technical security controls.
• Manage day-to-day operations of security tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with SOC and Threat teams to improve security posture.
• Provide technical leadership during major incidents, and mentor junior engineers.
