Accenture in Manila is seeking an Associate Manager to lead the strategic development of SIEM and SOAR capabilities for global clients. You will drive delivery excellence, lead teams, and enable automation-driven security operations across cloud and on-prem environments.

The role requires 5–8 years of cybersecurity experience with SIEM/SOAR expertise, plus 2–3 years in people management. Hybrid setup at Cubao with shifting schedules is expected.

Join Accenture's Cybersecurity team as an Associate Manager and lead the strategic development of SIEM and SOAR capabilities for global clients. You will be responsible for driving delivery excellence, leading teams, and enabling modern, automation-driven security operations.

What You'll Do

Security Engineering Leadership

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale SIEM and SOAR solutions.
• Define security monitoring strategies, detection roadmaps, and automation initiatives.
• Establish engineering standards, operational processes, and governance models.
• Oversee complex platform integrations across cloud, endpoint, identity, and network security technologies.

Security Operations Transformation

• Drive automation programs that improve detection coverage, response times, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with SOC leadership, threat hunting teams, and client stakeholders to mature security operations capabilities.
• Identify emerging threats and recommend enhancements to detection and response strategies.
• Support audit, compliance, and risk management requirements.

People & Delivery Leadership

• Lead and mentor cybersecurity engineering teams.
• Manage project delivery, staffing, stakeholder engagement, and client communications.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance across multiple initiatives.
• Build team capabilities through coaching, training, and career development.

What We're Looking For

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant cybersecurity experience with strong SIEM and/or SOAR engineering expertise.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of people management, supervisory, or team leadership experience.
• Proven experience delivering security engineering projects and client engagements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

• Deep expertise in one or more SIEM platforms:

• Experience leading security automation and SOAR programs.
• Strong scripting and automation capabilities using Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Advanced knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, CIS Controls, threat detection, and incident response methodologies.
