Job Description

  • Supervise Transport and Distribution / Logistics Operations in the assigned area, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead in providing excellent distribution services to customers.
  • Plan shipments and deliveries, optimizing time, vehicle space, and routes.
  • Ensure 100% accuracy in Logistics Operations, from documentation to delivery, achieving DIFOT (Delivery In-Full/On-Time).
  • Manage 3PL Accreditation and Services Assessment.
  • Review monthly invoice reports and transmit the consolidated Charge Invoice to the Credit & Collection Department.
  • Prepare requests for additional personnel, as approved by the Department Manager.
  • Collaborate with HRD for job analysis, defining functions, competencies, and requirements.
  • Evaluate and appraise personnel performance, discussing improvements and recommending promotions or disciplinary actions.
  • Review and endorse accounting and timekeeping files of reports.
  • Ensure staff training and development, identifying needs with HR to maintain high standards.
  • Foster healthy employee relationships and initiate fair discipline.
