Job Description

As a Seasonal Sales Assistant, you will support store operations and provide excellent customer service during peak shopping periods such as Holiday and Seasonal Sales

Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers entering the store.

• Assist customers in finding products and answer their inquiries.

• Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and organized according to the designated collections.

• Replenish merchandise and maintain adequate stock on the sales floor.

• Stay updated on current fashion trends and brand collections.

• Assist with store inventory activities.

• Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall appearance of the store.

• Provide excellent customer service and support the team in achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Senior High School graduate, College Level, or College Graduate.

• At least 6 months of retail experience is an advantage.

• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.

• Willing to be assigned to stores in the Ayala Center Cebu.

• Familiarity with electronic equipment or retail technologies, such as RFID, is an advantage.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Customer-oriented, reliable, and willing to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
