Responsibilities

• Clean, marinate, portion, and prepare high volumes of meats, and vegetables daily according to strict recipe standards.
• Monitor, filter, and safely change commercial fryer oils, and ensure specialty cooking equipment is clean and operational.
• Efficiently clean large volumes of tableware, cookware, and specialized equipment during fast-paced lunch and dinner rushes.
• Adhere strictly to FIFO stock rotation for fresh ingredients and maintain logs for storage temperatures.
