Job summary

Nezda Technologies, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Alabang (Muntinlupa) hub on a fixed-term 5-month contract starting Oct–Nov 2026. The training lasts 5 weeks and follows a hybrid pattern (alternate onsite and WFH).

Qualifications

• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to finish at least 2 years in college with or without BPO experience.
• Willing to work night shift/shifting schedules.
• Amenable to hybrid setup at Northgate, Alabang and travel within 100 km from Muntinlupa.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from stores and customers regarding client credit card inquiries.
• Resolve credit inquiries on new accounts.
• Utilize problem solving to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Generate additional revenue via retail, credit, and product marketing while following call quality standards.
• Adhere to scheduled time on system and company policies.
