Qualifications

• Regular attendance and punctuality are required.
• Willing to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Meet store policies for quality beverages/food, cash handling, safety and security.
• Engage with customers with clear and pleasant communication.
• Dress code must be followed.
• Able to prepare recipes and beverages as standard or customized.
• Able to perform multiple tasks per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and create the Starbucks Experience.
• Maintain calm demeanor during high volume or unusual events.
• Anticipate customer and store needs and respond accordingly.
• Support training and coaching for new partners.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and morale.
