Qualifications

• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings/evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Meets store policies including cash handling and safety.

• Meets required dress code.
• Prepares beverages/food to standard recipes.
• Able to perform multiple tasks within the store per shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide legendary customer service and connect with customers.
• Maintain Third Place environment by anticipating store needs.
• Communicate information to manager for team coordination during shifts.
• Assist with partner training and coaching as needed.
• Support a positive team environment and morale.
• Deliver quality beverages and products per recipe standards.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines.
