Love, Bonito is seeking a Retail Associate for our Seaside Cebu New Store. The role involves day-to-day store operations, assisting customers, processing payments, and maintaining a bright, organized sales floor. You will promote promotions and provide styling advice to ensure a positive shopping experience.

The position requires a minimum weekly commitment and willingness to work on weekends/public holidays, with opportunities for career progression within the Love, Bonito brand.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day retail operations and support store sales.
• Process payments, exchanges and returns using POS system.
• Receive and stock new inventory and support stocktakes.
• Ensure merchandise is available in all colours, sizes and quantities.
• Maintain clean and inviting floor and fitting rooms.
• Inform customers about promotions and offers.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and service.

The role

As we enter our next phase of growth and profitability, we are looking for a Retail Ambassadorto strengthen our workforce, culture and future.

You should have / be:

• Able to relate to our mission of empowering women through style, and have a strong personal sense of style and fashion

• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a level of tidiness and cleanliness on the floor

Main Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day-to-day retail operations & work with the store manager to drive store sales performance
• Cashier duties using the POS system to process payments, exchanges and returns.
• Receive and process new stock, replenishments, returns, damages and transfers, as well as support all stocktake exercises
• Provide a seamless shopping experience and ensure that all merchandise are available in all colours, sizes, and quantities on the floor
• Prepare and upkeep a clean shopping environment on the floor and at the fitting rooms
• Communicate to customers about on-going promotions & offers
• Promote first class service excellence & customer experience at all times
• Be a customer experience champion, including speaking to guests and offering advice on colour, fit, and silhouette to best suit their needs

Requirements

• A minimum commitment of 42.5 hours weekly is required
• Enjoy a structured five-day workweek according to our schedule
• Flexibility for both opening and closing shifts is essential
• All team members should be ready to work on weekends and public holidays
• Employees must be open to relocation or assignment to different stores or teams as decided by the company
