Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance is a global digital media agency seeking a Paid Search Specialist to drive SEM for APAC clients. You will grow search activity, implement strategies, and manage budgets and campaigns in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will analyze data, optimize copy and landing pages, and report insights weekly. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in Paid Search Marketing within an agency.
• Experience with Google SEM, SA360, Google Ads Editor.
• Familiar with Google Shopping and Apple Search Ads (bonus).
• Strong numerical ability and data-driven mindset.
• Good written and spoken English and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Grow paid search activity for APAC clients.
• Implement SEM strategy across APAC clients.
• Manage campaigns: setups, budget, pacing.
• Perform keyword discovery and optimisation.
• Optimize copy and landing pages for health of campaigns.
• Monitor campaigns toward defined KPIs and provide weekly/post campaigns reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams on performance improvements.
• Support planners with day-to-day tasks and ensure campaigns run as planned.

We deliver business growth for our clients through effective, measurable, and evolving digital media strategies.

Responsibilities

• Grow paid search activity for all APAC clients
• Implementation of SEM strategy across APAC clients
• Work on campaign setups, manage campaign expenses and budget, and overall pacing
• Perform regular Keyword discovery, expansion, optimisation
• Optimise copy and landing pages to ensure great campaign health
• Overall, ensure SEM best practices are in place
• Campaign monitoring and optimization is done on a regular cadence and ensure that campaigns are working towards defined KPIs set by client
• Deliver weekly reports and post campaign reports that include insightful learnings and actionable next steps
• Engage with internal team on a regular cadence on search performance, areas of improvements and recommendations
• Support Planner/Snr Planner with day-to-day tasks and ensure campaigns are set up and run as planned

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in Paid Search Marketing within an agency with knowledge of:
• Google SEM
• Google SA360
• Google Ads Editor
• Google Shopping (bonus)
• Apple Search Ads (bonus)
• Knowledge of reporting tools; experience with MS Office a must, any experience with data visualization platforms such as Datorama a plus
• Highly numerate and an ability to analyze results and derive insights from data
• Good communication (both written and verbal) and people skills
• A desire to work in fast-paced, quickly changing, technology-focused industry
• Self-starter, committed to achieving results
• Ability to problem solve and proactively seek solutions that improve team efficiency
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
