Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales or business-development experience in feed additives.
• Strong commercial orientation with ability to train customers and sales teams.
• 10+ years of experience in sales across SEA is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage, develop and strengthen markets and distributor relationships to deliver sales growth
• Own and deliver sales targets and business growth across assigned markets
• Visit distributors and key customers to support business development and strengthen relationships
• Build relationships with decision-makers across farms, integrators, feed mills and distributors
• Set sales targets and develop plans and initiatives to achieve growth objectives
• Support distributors in developing their key accounts and market coverage
• Coordinate field trials and demonstrations with customers and partners
