Job summary

Private Advertiser in Makati is seeking a Logistics/Operations specialist to manage SEA Origins inquiries, ensure SLA adherence, and implement customer instructions. The role covers daily monitoring of reports, ISF filings, and vendor invoice follow-ups, with a focus on strong communication within the team and with SEA Origins.

The candidate should have a degree in logistics, 2+ years in logistics/freight forwarding, and strong English skills including typing and writing.

Qualifications

Degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
At least 2 years experience in logistics and freight forwarding.
Fast English typing with high accuracy; proficient PC skills.
Good spoken and written English.
Good reading and writing in English; CET-4 or higher.
Good telephone manner.
Willing to work overtime and be a team player.

Responsibilities

Resolve SEA Origins inquiries.
Ensure SEA Origins fulfill Customer’s SLA.
Ensure SEA Origins follow/ implement Customer’s instruction.
Monitor daily reports (AMS, VGM, SA, Doc, etc.).
Monitor ISF integrity to ensure ISF is filed by the cut-off time.
Follow up on past due Vendor invoices with SEA Origins.
Maintain SEA Origins Profile (contacts, local office info, and warehouse details).
Follow up with SEA Origins to ensure the Mother Vessel schedule is up to date in VMS.
