Qualifications

2-3 years of experience as a Scrum Master delivering complex technology solutions.
Strong working knowledge of Agile principles and practices.
Able to translate developments in tech to the working environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication."
Familiar with Agile planning and tracking tools.

Responsibilities

Leads Agile Development squads with autonomy and accountability across a number of projects/platforms.
Supports 1-2 teams on a single backlog (AMS or PSS).
Coaches different levels of hierarchy through agile principles & practices.
Conducts Agile Events, including sprint planning, daily stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives.
Educates the squads on the adoption of Agile practices and identifies Agile Team improvement opportunities.
Identifies obstacles to team performance; facilitates resolution and escalates where necessary.
Acts as a servant leader to the team (not the 'boss').
Proactively provides real-time feedback to keep delivery on track and address issues as they arise.
Represents Manulife values without fail.
Facilitates and actively participates in MITDC LACE Agile events, CoP's, workshops and townhalls.
Implements to squad teams project initiated by the LACE team.
