Job summary

Emapta in Makati offers a hybrid work setup for a Scrum Master to help teams collaborate, remove blockers, and improve delivery across an international organization. You will coach Agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, work with Product Owners and engineers, and drive continuous improvement while gaining global exposure and meaningful Agile experience.

Qualifications

2-4 years of hands-on experience as Scrum Master
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, Management, or related field preferred
Strong knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, ceremonies, principles and practices
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, backlog refinement and other Agile activities
Experience coordinating with Product Owners, engineering teams, Product Managers, Project Managers and stakeholders
Identify and resolve impediments, dependencies, risks, and delivery challenges
Coaching teams and stakeholders on Scrum principles and Agile ways of working
Familiarity with software development lifecycle and product delivery processes
Experience using Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps or similar tools
Understanding Agile delivery metrics such as velocity and sprint burndown

Responsibilities

Educate and coach Scrum Teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and Scrum framework
Facilitate Scrum events ensuring effective collaboration and communication
