Cradle is seeking a Scientific Advisor to join our Customer Success team in Boston, Davao Oriental. The role involves working with biotech and pharmaceutical clients to leverage Cradle’s platform for protein optimisation. You’ll play a crucial part in translating scientific objectives into actionable insights, collaborating across teams to enhance product offerings.

Qualifications

• PhD in molecular biology, bioengineering, bioinformatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in biopharma in a scientific role focusing on protein engineering.
• Deep knowledge of biopharmaceutical R&D process, methods, and tooling.

• Translate scientific goals into objectives for Cradle's platform.
