Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking teachers to plan learning objectives, select materials, and develop assessments for students.

The role includes delivering engaging, technology-supported lessons, monitoring progress, and providing feedback or interventions as needed. You will collaborate with school staff and participate in mentoring and community activities.

Responsibilities

• Plans learning objectives and appropriate activities for students.
• Selects and prepares instructional materials, textbooks, and learning resources.
• Develops and administers assessments to measure student learning and progress.
• Prepares and updates curriculum maps, learning modules, and other instructional materials.
• Delivers lessons using effective, creative, and technology-supported teaching strategies.
• Manages the classroom and adapts teaching strategies to students’ individual needs.
• Monitors, evaluates, and records students’ attendance, performance, grades, and outputs.
• Provides regular feedback and appropriate interventions such as re-teaching, enrichment, and re-testing.
• Prepares test questions and contributes to the subject’s test item bank.
• Coordinates with academic and administrative personnel for school activities.
• Participates in student assessment, mentoring, advising, and practicum supervision.
• Ensures students’ safety, discipline, and proper behavior during school and official activities.
• Conducts and guides students in research and scholarly activities.
• Organizes and participates in community engagement and social action programs.
