The Elementary/High School Teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in [Grade Levels: e.g., Grades 1-5, Grades 6-10]. Key responsibilities include:
Instruction:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum and learning objectives.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods, including interactive activities, discussions, and technology integration.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student growth and development.
- Assess student learning through various methods, including quizzes, tests, and observations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse learning needs of all students.
Classroom Management:
- Establish and maintain a safe and disciplined classroom environment.
- Effectively manage student behavior and resolve classroom conflicts.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents/guardians, and colleagues.
Professional Development:
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational best practices.
- Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to improve teaching and learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or a related field.
- Valid teaching license (if applicable).
- NC2 Certification Holder
- Strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
- Proficiency in using technology in the classroom.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
