Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd in Santo Niño 1st, Nueva Ecija, is seeking a dedicated School Admin/Lab Support to assist teachers in daily Science activities and manage lab materials. The role requires strong customer service and organizational skills, and involves handling student well-being and front-line inquiries.

You will maintain Science Labs 1 & 2, manage stock, assist during recess activities, and perform general admin duties as directed by the school.

Qualifications

• GCE O-Level or equivalent.
• Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Preferably 1 year of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare lesson materials and teaching aids for daily Science activities and performance tasks, including testing experimental setups
• Maintain Science Labs 1 & 2; track activities and return items/teaching aids to storage
• Inventory check and update stock records; dispose of spoilt/damaged items and keep records
• Assist teachers during Science recess activities and performance tasks
• Provide front-line customer service (walk-ins and phone queries) for School and MOE Kindergarten
• Provide admin support
• Handle students who are unwell, late-comers, and early dismissals
• Any other admin duties assigned by the school
