Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated education support professional to assist SEN students with withdrawal and in-class support. You will employ prompting, calming techniques, and visual aids to enable effective learning.

You will also provide feedback to teachers and parents on student progress, while helping create SEN-friendly environments and differentiated materials. Collaboration with external professionals and record-keeping are key components.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Special Education or equivalent is required.
• 3 years of similar working experience is required.
• 3 years of experience conducting structured dyslexia intervention programmes or similar.

• Mon–Fri: 7:00am – 4:00pm

Key Roles

• Provide withdrawal support (specialized remediation, IEP implementation) and in-class support for SEN students (prompting, calming, visual aids, communication help).

• Consult and provide feedback to teachers/parents on student needs and progress.

• Set up and maintain special needs-friendly environments and resources (e.g., visual prompts, differentiated worksheets).

• Provide skills training (organizational, anger management, handwriting) and peer support (circles of friends).

• Collaborate with external professionals/special schools and contribute to case conferences.

• Maintain records, conduct pre-orientation for ASD students, and use progress monitoring tools.

Requirements

• Preferably Diploma in Special Education or equivalent.

• 3 years of similar working experience

• 3 years of experience conducting structured dyslexia intervention programmes or similar.
