Job summary

Integrity Partners Pte. Ltd. in the Philippines is seeking a hands-on Process Chemist to join its technical team. You will design and run experiments to support synthetic organic chemistry, biocatalysis, and chemical batch process scale-up for commercial campaigns.

The role requires coordinating tech transfers between global HQ and the local site production, ensuring GMP compliance, and troubleshooting deviations with CAPA while supporting occasional off-hours during active campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering.
• Experience in organic synthesis or process chemistry preferred.
• Hands-on lab/manufacturing environment, willing to support off-hours during campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Design lab experiments to develop, scale up, and optimize chemical and biocatalytic processes for commercial production.
• Lead tech transfers between HQ and site production; ensure documentation aligns across teams.
• Manage enzymatic processes, enzyme stability, and integration into active production campaigns.
• Perform root-cause analysis on production deviations and implement CAPA.
• Ensure GMP compliance for modifications and risk assessments.
