Job summary

ACCIONA Infrastructure is seeking a Scaffolder Inspector for the MCRP-02 project in San Fernando, Pampanga. The role focuses on inspecting scaffolds, verifying erection against drawings, and ensuring OSHA compliance and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have NCII/COSH scaffold safety training, strong risk assessment skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with scaffolders, supervisors, safety officers, and engineers to maintain safe worksites.

Responsibilities

• Inspect scaffolds before first use and at regular intervals thereafter.
• Verify scaffold erection complies with drawings, specs, and safety regulations.
• Check scaffold components for damage or improper installation.
• Ensure guardrails, toe boards, access ladders, platforms, and bracing are correctly installed.
• Identify unsafe conditions and recommend corrective actions.
• Issue scaffold inspection tags and maintain inspection records.
• Conduct audits of scaffold worksites.
• Monitor scaffold modifications and re-inspection after alterations.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, local regulations, and company safety standards.
• Coordinate with scaffolders, supervisors, safety officers, engineers, and contractors.
• Stop work and report hazards when scaffold safety is compromised.
• Participate in safety meetings, toolbox talks, and incident investigations.
