Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented professional in Metro Manila to manage the setup of US-based payroll clients within ADP systems.

You will verify data and encoding to ensure a smooth transition to Implementation Associates and collaborate with partners to finalize the setup. The role requires excellent verbal and written communication, strong analytical skills, and a quick learner in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate with Implementation Partners (Resource Coordinator, QC Specialists, Implementation Specialists) to complete setup and resolve issues.

Job description

Manages the set-up of new U.S. based payroll clients (business-to-business) into ADPs payroll systems. Performs a thorough verification of data and data encoding to ensure efficient and accurate set-up and successful transition to the Implementation Associates (Quality Control and Implementation Specialist) Communicates with Implementation Partners such as Resource Coordinator, Quality Control Specialists and Implementation Specialists to further validate or confirm information to complete the set-up. Communication can be done verbally, via email or chat conversation.

Must be keen on details and with good analytical skills Must have excellent verbal and writing communication skills. He/She must be able to contact partners in a timely manner and with clear description of setup issues, inquiries and possible resolution on complex account issues Acting in ways that help deliver results in a fast-pace and diverse environment Must have a strong will to learn, open to increase functional knowledge and must be able to apply additional tasks effectively
