Job summary

International Organization for Migration in Mindanao seeks a consultant to review, refine, and validate the draft SBCC Analysis Report and translate findings into a Regional SBCC Strategy for Safe Motherhood and Adolescent Reproductive Health in BARMM.

The consultancy combines behavioural analysis, strategy development, materials design, and pilot testing, ensuring outputs reflect community realities and DOH/MOH-BARMM standards.

Responsibilities

• Review, refine, and validate the draft comprehensive SBCC Analysis Report conducted by IOM and SBCC materials mapping.
• Translate the findings into a Regional SBCC Strategy and package of pilot-tested SBCC materials.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure behavioural insights translate into strategic priorities and practical communication tools.
