Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Nutrition, Health Promotion, Development Communication, Social and Behavioral Sciences, or a related field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience designing and implementing behavior change interventions and communication campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate SBCC activities and community mobilization initiatives.
• Support accountability mechanisms and feedback loops with communities and partners.
• Build capacity of volunteers, health workers, and community structures on engagement approaches.
• Document project achievements, collect success stories, and support donor reporting.
• Monitor behavior-change indicators and support adaptive programming.
