Job summary

JMR Global | Talent Solutions in Metro Manila seeks a highly experienced Supply Chain Consultant to lead complex SAP and S/4HANA implementation projects, combining hands-on configuration with strategic team leadership to deliver end-to-end solutions that span core business functions.

You will guide design, configuration, and solution development across the SAP landscape, drive project lifecycle from concept to go-live and post-go-live support, and bring strong pre-sales experience to the table.

Qualifications

• 9 to 13 years of total relevant experience in Supply Chain Management, ideally in consulting/advisory
• Experience in full-cycle SAP or S/4HANA implementation projects
• Hands-on functional experience in at least one SAP SCM module: IBP, APO, EWM, MM, PP, QM, WM, or SD

Responsibilities

• Deep functional knowledge of end-to-end supply chain processes
• Expertise in business process design, configuration, and solution development within SAP

Job description

We are looking for a highly experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Consultant to lead complex SAP and S/4HANA implementation projects. This role requires a proven track record in both hands-on SAP configuration and strategic team management. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering large-scale supply chain solutions, ensuring integration across key business functions, and driving successful project outcomes from concept to post-go-live support. Pre-sales experience is a significant advantage.

This role is best suited for someone who has advised clients on supply chain transformation from the outside, rather than someone who has only managed supply chain operations internally.

Key Requirements & Experience

• 9 to 13 years of total relevant experience in Supply Chain Management and ideally gained on the consulting or advisory
• Experience in full-cycle SAP or S/4HANA implementation projects.
• Hands-on functional experience in at least one core SAP Supply Chain module: IBP, APO, EWM, MM, PP, QM, WM, or SD.
