Job summary

NetApp, Inc. is seeking a skilled SAP CPI integration specialist to design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integrations using SAP CPI. The role requires 2+ years of CPI development, experience with Employee Central integrations, and knowledge of payroll interfaces.

You will work within a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data models and HR processes are correctly implemented, while leveraging IAS/IPS or Oracle OIC as needed.

Qualifications

• Design, develop, and support end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors integrations via SAP CPI.
• 2+ years of SAP CPI development experience.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central integrations.
• Experience with outbound payroll related interfaces.
• Understanding of SF data models and HR business processes.
• Knowledge of IAS/IPS is a plus.
• Knowledge of Oracle OIC is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP SuccessFactors integration flows using SAP CPI.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity and timely delivery.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for integration solutions.
