Job summary

TASQ Staffing Solutions in Makati is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant Assistant Manager for a hybrid, dayshift role. This position leads implementation and configuration efforts for Succession and Development modules, collaborating with HR and IT to ensure alignment with talent strategy.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements in client workshops, configuring talent pools, career paths, and development plans, and supporting integrations with Employee Central.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with 2–3 years in Succession & Development.
• Hands-on experience configuring Succession Planning & Career Development Planning.
• Familiarity with Integration Center and basic SAP CPI knowledge.
• Understanding of talent management processes and best practices.
• Exposure to SAP People Analytics and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in SAP SuccessFactors Succession & Development configuration.
• Participate in client workshops to gather requirements and support solution design.
• Configure talent pools, succession nominations, career paths, and development plans.
• Collaborate with HR and IT to align with talent strategy and system architecture.
• Support integration with Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning modules.
• Conduct system testing, data validation, and UAT support.
• Prepare documentation, training materials, and end-user training sessions.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors roadmap and new features.
