Job summary

LTIMindtree in Makati is seeking an SAP IBP specialist to join our Supply Chain Planning team. You will work on Forecast-to-Plan processes, optimize SAP IBP configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to deliver value.

The role requires 2–5 years of SAP IBP experience, strong analytical skills, and hands-on planning expertise. This hybrid, full-time position offers growth in a global SAP transformation program.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience with SAP IBP and supply chain planning.
• Hands-on experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, S&OP, Forecasting and Replenishment.
• Knowledge of SAP APO and SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) for reporting and analytics.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and enhance SAP IBP solutions with FTP processes.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand planning requirements.
• Troubleshoot application and data issues in SAP IBP.
• Participate in testing, validation, upgrades, and improvements.
• Support new SAP IBP implementations and user adoption.

What You'll Do

• Support and enhance SAP IBP (Integrated Business Planning) solutions with a focus on Forecast-to-Plan (FTP) processes.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand planning requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot application and data-related issues within SAP IBP.
• Participate in testing, validation, upgrades, and continuous improvements.
• Support new SAP IBP implementations, enhancements, and user adoption initiatives.
• Develop training materials and guide end users on best practices.
