Overview

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of SAP Digital SCM solutions including modules such as SAP IBP, SAP TM, SAP EWM, and S/4HANA Supply Chain.
• Configure and optimize supply chain processes including demand planning, supply planning, transportation, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, PP, and Finance modules.
• Participate in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.
• Support the development and deployment of WRICEF objects in coordination with technical teams.
• Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.
• Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional and integration issues.
• Stay updated on SAP Digital SCM innovations and contribute to internal capability building.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7 to 10 years of SAP experience with at least 2 full-cycle implementations in Digital SCM modules (IBP, TM, EWM, or S/4HANA Supply Chain).
• Strong hands-on experience in configuration and business process design for supply chain planning and execution.
• Good understanding of integration between SAP SCM modules and core ERP processes.
• Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.
• Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.

Certifications

• Required: SAP Certification in at least one Digital SCM module (e.g., IBP, TM, EWM)
• Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)

Educational Background

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
