Job summary

Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center, based in Makati City, is seeking a SAP Security Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA security experience. You will design, implement, and support security roles, access controls, and Fiori catalog configurations across SAP landscapes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role offers a hybrid setup with onsite collaboration in Makati and remote work options, plus training and development opportunities and inclusive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
• 5+ years hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA security implementations
• Strong experience building SAP Fiori catalogs, spaces, and pages
• Solid understanding of SAP BTP security concepts and authorization models
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control tools
• Experience on at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project
• Strong communication skills and advisory capability

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SAP S/4HANA security roles and authorizations aligned to business requirements (SAP S/4HANA security)
• Develop and manage SAP Fiori catalogs, spaces, and pages for user access
• Support security for SAP BTP apps and integrations
• Perform role design, remediation, and SoD analysis
• Participate in full-lifecycle SAP implementation projects from design to deployment
• Troubleshoot complex authorization and access issues

Deloittes Enterprise Application SAP practice helps organization solve complex business issues by combining process and industry knowledge with deep expertise in enabling technologies and packaged software and this team is expanding rapidly.

Outside of your client facing and advisory work, you will also play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Deloitte’s SAP practice. • Design, build, and maintain SAP S/4HANA security roles and authorizations aligned to business requirements.

• Solid understanding of SAP BTP security concepts and authorization models.
• Experience with SAP Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) Access Control (AC) tools.
• Experience on at least one full‑cycle SAP implementation project.
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to provide advisory guidance.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following key experience and capabilities:

• Experience designing security for integrations and cloud‑based SAP solutions.
• Knowledge of compliance and audit requirements related to SAP security.
• Strong stakeholder management and consulting skills
