Job summary

Deloitte in the Philippines is seeking a SAP PM/EAM Consultant to join the Deloitte Consulting Philippines Delivery Center in Manila. This role focuses on implementing and configuring SAP Enterprise Asset Management and Plant Maintenance within client engagements, with a hybrid work setup.

You will work with experienced teams to translate business requirements into functional designs, support deployments, and mentor junior consultants while delivering value to clients and shaping SAP practice

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Software Engineering or IT or equivalent.
• At least 3 years working experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance.
• Experience in end-to-end EAM/PM implementation or configuration projects.
• Experience with SAP EAM functionalities incl. maintenance orders, calibrations, asset management.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP EAM/PM across client projects.
• Gather requirements and translate them into functional designs.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants within engagements.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to deliver results.

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent


• At least 3 years working experience in SAP Enterprise Asset Management/Plant Maintenance.


• At least 2 end-to-end EAM / PM implementation project and/or configuration project.


• In-depth experience with SAP EAM functionalities including but not limited to:
  
  
  
  • With experience in AMS tools like CHARM, Service Now, Solution Manager, ALM.
  
  
  • Able to gather business requirements, translate technical details into a concise and easy to understand language, and document/create functional designs.
  
  
  • PM master data & transactional activities
  
  
  • Corrective maintenance
  
  
  • Preventive maintenance
  
  
  • Maintenance orders, plans, processing & notifications
  
  
  • Calibration process
  
  
  • Refurbishment process
  
  
  • Asset performance management (optional but an added advantage)
  
  
  
  


• Experience of working on customization objects such as interfaces, enhancement
  
  
  
  • Writing functional specification
  
  
  • Identifying security requirements
  
  
  • Perform functional unit and integration testing
  
  
  • Good understanding of the Business Processes
  
  
  • Ability to analyze as-is processes and identify flaws in logic.
  
  
  • Ability to configure scenarios relevant to SAP modules.
  
  
  • Write or understand Functional Specification / Configuration documents.
  
  
  • Good hands‑on capability - can independently develop good quality deliverables.
  
  
  • Communicate effectively with the Project Manager, team members, and Client.
  
  
  • Present and discuss work results clearly.
