Job summary

A staffing and recruitment firm in Makati is seeking a seasoned SAP CFIN consultant with 7 to 12 years of experience. The role involves significant client interaction and overseeing SAP-related projects, including end-to-end implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in S/4 HANA Finance and excellent skills in managing teams across SAP modules. This position offers a hybrid work setup with three days onsite per week.

Qualifications

Work Schedule: Morning Shift

Work Setup: Hybrid (3x onsite per week) | Makati

Eligibility: Open to local and expat candidates currently residing in the Philippines

Requirements

• Candidate must have 7 to 12 years of SAP CFIN experience, including S/4 HANA Finance experience.
• Must have at least 1 end-to-end implementation experience in S/4HANA for the CFIN module.
• Must have a client-facing role.
• Cross-module integration P2P and O2C essential.
• Executing SAP-related engagements — requirements gathering, pre- and post-implementation reviews, BBP design and review, configuration review, program management engagements, project risk engagements, data migration engagements, and segregation of duties design or review engagements.
• Good understanding of other SAP modules that directly or indirectly deal with the Finance and Controlling module.
• Should have worked in large-scale implementations and transformation projects, and played a critical role in gathering and defining requirements, FIT-GAP analysis, system configurations, project planning and deliveries, etc.
• Should have a clear vision for roadmaps of various business processes in SAP; be up to date with latest innovations and out-of-the-box features within the SAP Finance spectrum.
• Should be experienced in people handling, mentoring, escalation handling, and resource optimization, etc.
• Also, should be aware of various methods for SAP project transformations and implementations, i.e., Waterfall method, Agile method, SAP Activate method, etc.
• Should be very good at client interaction and project delivery, and proficient at handling and managing teams across all SAP modules.
