DXC Technology is seeking an SAP S/4HANA WM Support Lead to drive delivery across WM, MM, and LM with hands‑on configuration and design capabilities. You will partner with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and guide the functional team through end‑to‑end SAP projects.

The role emphasizes leadership in workshops, project deliverables, and knowledge sharing within the SAP Practice, servicing global clients on large and small engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP hands‑on experience in implementation and support.
• Focused hands‑on expertise in WM, MM, and LM.
• At least 1 end‑to‑end S/4HANA implementation experience.
• At least 3 end‑to‑end SAP ECC implementation experiences.
• Experience writing functional specifications with expert‑level understanding of SAP standard Tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs.
• Good understanding and knowledge of workflows.
• Ability to lead delivery on both small and large projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support across the full supply chain landscape, including Warehouse Management, Procurement, Contracts Management, Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, and Sales & Distribution, with a focus on WM-MM-LM.
• Prepare project deliverables such as Baseline Configuration (IMG/SPRO) and system integrations as a hands‑on application expert.
• Develop benefits realization strategies, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, BPML, process maps, control matrices, and testing scenarios.
• Ensure smooth business operations across the full supply chain management landscape.
• Write functional specifications leveraging expert‑level understanding of SAP standard tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs.
• Design workshops with clients to define and refine solution requirements.
• Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.
• Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
• Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and professional networks.
• Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice
