Job summary

DXC Technology is seeking an SAP WM Support Lead to drive delivery for WM, MM, and LM across the full supply chain. This leadership role requires hands-on configuration, functional design, testing, and user acceptance, partnering with stakeholders to reconcile requirements with standard SAP functionality.

The ideal candidate will lead a delivery team on multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and shape supply chain solutions while contributing to the SAP Practice knowledge base.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP hands-on experience in implementation and support.
• Focused hands-on expertise in WM, MM, and LM.
• At least 1 end-to-end S/4HANA implementation experience.
• At least 3 end-to-end SAP ECC implementation experiences.
• Experience writing functional specifications with expert-level understanding of SAP standard Tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs.
• Good understanding and knowledge of workflows.
• Ability to lead a delivery team on both small and large projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot and reconcile conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2 support across the full supply chain landscape, including WM, MM, LM, with a focus on WM-MM-LM.
• Prepare project deliverables such as Baseline Configuration (IMG/SPRO) and system integrations as a hands-on expert.
• Develop benefits realization strategies, to-be functional requirements, enterprise structure, BPMLs, business process design documents, process maps, control matrices, and testing scenarios.
• Ensure smooth business operations across the full supply chain management landscape.
• Write functional specifications leveraging expert-level understanding of SAP standard tables, BAPIs, and BAdIs.
• Design workshops with clients to define and refine solution requirements.
• Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.
• Troubleshoot and recommend alternatives to resolve conflicts between business requirements and standard system functionality.
• Build and maintain relationships with executives, business personnel, SMEs, and professional networks.
• Contribute to the knowledge base of the SAP Practice.
