Job summary

Signify in the Philippines is seeking a SAP S/4HANA Quality Management Functional Engineer for AMS to design, develop, and optimize digital services that meet business needs. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration, performance, and usability of solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Experience translating business needs into functional specifications.
• Experience with digital services, IT solutions or software development.

Responsibilities

• Define functional specifications for digital services creation and management.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and IT solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to deliver user stories into working solutions.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate solutions against business needs.
• Monitor digital service performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Analyze and resolve functional issues in line with governance processes.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of functional designs and process changes.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on new or updated functionalities.
• Act as a trusted advisor for Product Owners, Service Owners and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers within the functional domain.
• Work in cross-functional teams to ensure quality, performance and usability of delivered solutions.

Requirements

• Proven ability to translate business needs into functional specifications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar methodologies)
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional and international environment
• Fluent English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

• Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum Master, Product Owner)
• Experience with digital service management or application lifecycle processes
