Job summary

Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc. is seeking a SAP Process Subject Matter Expert to drive process design, business process reengineering (BPR), and SAP transformation activities across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Retail Operations, and Logistics.

You will collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and implementation partners to deliver scalable, standardized, and efficient processes, ensure test readiness, and enable successful deployment and adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, SAP transformation, ERP implementation, or consulting environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process analysis, design, and standardization initiatives during SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Facilitate workshops, define business requirements, and ensure alignment between business needs and SAP solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, change management, and business readiness activities to ensure successful implementation.
