Job summary

GECO Asia Pte. Ltd in Philippines is seeking a SAP Process Orchestration Support Specialist to maintain and troubleshoot enterprise integrations between SAP and external systems.

You will monitor message flows and error logs, resolve interface failures, and support data movement across REST, SOAP, IDoc, and JDBC adapters. The role requires 2 to 5 years' experience with SAP PI/PO, knowledge of AEX, Java stack troubleshooting, and mapping tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field.
• SAP PI/PO experience in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in production support and incident management.
• SAP certification and SAP BTP Integration Suite exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor daily message flows, queues, and error logs using the SAP PO monitoring tools.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Provide incident support for failed IDocs, proxies, and communication channel faults.
• Interface Configuration: Configure and tune communication channels, value mappings, and routing rules in the Integration Directory and ESR.
• Collaboration: Partner with SAP functional teams and external vendors to analyze requirements and test new or modified interfaces.
• Migration Support: Assist with lifecycle upgrades or transitions from legacy PI/PO to cloud-based integration options like SAP BTP.
• Documentation: Create interface design documentation for existing SAP PO interfaces.
