Job summary

Monitor Deloitte in Manila is seeking a senior SAP Lead to drive growth of SAP services in the region. You will oversee the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions, including design, development, and transformation programs, with a focus on MM modules and S/4HANA projects.

The role requires guiding client workshops, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful implementation cycles across the SAP landscape. Travel locally and abroad may be required.

Qualifications

• A good honours degree in IT, business information systems, business, engineering, mathematics or related fields.
• Good understanding of SAP implementation methodology.
• 3–6 years of experience in MM module as a team member, preferably 2–3 end-to-end implementations.
• SAP S/4HANA experience is an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in a multi-cultural work environment.
• Understanding of business processes, industry nuances and leading practices.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English with clients.
• Ability to facilitate workshops to lead target state design.
• Proven ability to conceive and execute SAP solutions.
• Strong business acumen, teamwork and leadership.
• Willingness to travel locally and abroad.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements.
• Advise clients on SAP leading practices and recommended processes.
• Design target state SAP solutions for clients and influence adoption of standard practices.
• Analyze applications landscape to design interfaces to SAP solutions.
• Perform SAP configuration and tests; develop specs for reports and interfaces.
• Lead consultant and client teams through implementation, testing, migration and cutover.
• Develop training material, deliver training and support users post go-live.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
