Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP consultant to drive end-to-end SAP project implementations in the Philippines. The role requires hands-on S/4HANA expertise, SDMM certification, and strong collaboration with business users and IT teams to deliver blueprints, reports, and go-live activities.

The successful candidate will manage upgrades, migrations, and integrations with third-party systems, provide training, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple implementation cycles,

Qualifications

• Hands-on S/4 Hana experience mandatory.
• Certified SAP Logistics (SDMM) Consultant.
• Minimum 3 End to End Implementation cycles.
• Strong integration with other SAP modules.
• Overseas travelling may be required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end SAP project implementation.
• Gather and analyze business stakeholders requirements.
• Prepare the business blueprints.
• Design key reports and go-live activities.
• Lead upgrades, migrations and integrations to third party systems.
• Manage SAP project implementation including gap analysis and SAP configuration.
• Document solution design and functional gaps.
• Prepare user manuals and provide SAP user training.
• Support day-to-day SAP user activities.
• Bridge business and IT teams with technical architects.
• Ensure delivery quality and successful go-live.
