Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking an innovative SAP Fiori Consultant to lead the transformation of our enterprise user experience. You will bridge back-end S/4HANA with intuitive front-end apps, designing and deploying SAPUI5/Fiori solutions and optimizing Launchpad environments.

You will work with SAP Gateway, CDS Views, and OData services to connect front-end apps with core systems, while upholding SAP Fiori design guidelines and accessibility standards.

Job description

Role Overview

We are seeking an innovative, user-obsessed SAP Fiori Consultant to lead the transformation of our enterprise user experience. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex back-end S/4HANA architecture and intuitive front-end business applications. You will design, develop, and deploy custom SAPUI5/Fiori applications, extend standard Fiori apps, and optimize launchpad environments to deliver seamless, consumer-grade digital workspaces for our users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Application Development & Extension: Design, code, and deploy custom SAPUI5 applications and extend standard SAP Fiori apps using Fiori Elements, SAP Web IDE, and SAP Business Application Studio (BAS).

• Launchpad Architecture: Configure, maintain, and secure the SAP Fiori Launchpad (catalogs, groups, spaces, pages, and role-based tile assignments).

• Integration & APIs: Consume and develop OData services via SAP Gateway (SEGW) and CDS Views to connect front-end applications with S/4HANA core systems.

• UX/UI Strategy: Collaborate with business analysts and functional leads to map user journeys, create wireframes/prototypes, and advocate for SAP Fiori Design Guidelines.

• Performance & Support: Debug, profile, and troubleshoot front-end performance bottlenecks, cross-browser compatibility issues, and mobile app deployment (SAP Fiori Client / Mobile Start).

• Platform Governance: Manage deployment pipelines on SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and ensure UI components comply with corporate accessibility and security standards.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 4+ years of dedicated hands-on experience in SAP Fiori / SAPUI5 design and full-lifecycle app delivery.

• Front-End Stack: Deep mastery of SAPUI5 framework, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, XML views, and MVC design patterns.

• Back-End Integration: Proven skills in OData service creation/consumption (SEGW, ABAP programming model for Fiori, or RAP) and ABAP basics for debugging.

• Platform Knowledge: Solid understanding of SAP Gateway architecture, Fiori Launchpad administration, and role assignment mechanisms.

• Design & Usability: A sharp eye for UX design principles, modern visual design, and user-centric problem solving.

What Will Set You Apart

• Active SAP Certification in SAPUI5 or SAP Fiori application development.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), or SAP Build Work Zone.
• Direct involvement in S/4HANA migration or greenfield user-experience transformation projects.
• Exposure to modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, or git-based source control (abapGit / GitHub).
