Job summary

Acs Global Tech Solutions Private Limited is seeking an SAP FICO Test Engineer for the Metro Manila area. Hybrid work model with 2–3 days in the office. 5–7 years of SAP FICO experience required to configure, test, and support core FI modules.

You will handle New GL, tax setups, bank processes, and FI integrations while coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with New GL, document splitting, parallel ledgers, and tax configuration.
• Experience with house banks, EBS/MT940, and APP/F110.
• Understanding FI-MM and FI-SD integration.
• Experience in fit-gap analysis, BP design, testing, and UAT support.
• Knowledge of SAP Migration Cockpit and financial data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and support SAP Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, AA, CO).
• Manage postings, period-end closing activities, and financial reporting.
• Support cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal cost allocation processes.
• Configure and support SAP New GL, document splitting, and parallel ledgers.
• Implement and maintain tax configuration, including tax codes and postings.
• Ensure compliance with financial accounting requirements and reporting standards.
• Configure and maintain house banks and bank accounts in SAP.
• Implement EBS processing, MT940 formats, and APP/F110.
• Support bank reconciliation and resolve payment issues.
• Support FI-MM and FI-SD integration for procurement, invoicing, and revenue postings.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues affecting postings and document flow.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and gather business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specs, To-Be design, test scripts, and documentation.
• Perform unit, integration, and UAT testing with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with technical teams and business analysts through project lifecycle.
• Support data migration using SAP Migration Cockpit and perform reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Core Finance Modules

• Configure and support SAP Finance modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).
• Manage financial transactions, postings, period-end closing activities, and financial reporting.
• Support cost center accounting, profit center accounting, and internal cost allocation processes.

1. Advanced SAP FICO Configuration

• Configure and support SAP New General Ledger (New GL), document splitting, and parallel ledgers.
• Implement and maintain tax configuration, including tax codes, tax procedures, and related financial postings.
• Ensure compliance with financial accounting requirements and organizational reporting standards.

1. Banking and Payment Processes

• Configure and maintain house banks and bank accounts in SAP.
• Implement and support Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) processing, including MT940 bank statement formats.
• Configure and troubleshoot the Automatic Payment Program (APP/F110), including payment methods, payment runs, and payment file generation.
• Support bank reconciliation and resolve payment-related issues.

1. Cross-Module Integration

• Support integration between SAP FI and Materials Management (FI-MM) for procurement, goods receipt, invoice verification, and vendor accounting.
• Manage SAP FI and Sales and Distribution (FI-SD) integration for billing, customer accounting, revenue postings, and financial reporting.
• Analyze and resolve integration issues affecting financial postings and document flow.

1. Implementation and Project Activities

• Conduct fit-gap analysis and gather business requirements from finance stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and support To-Be process design.
• Perform SAP FICO configuration, unit testing, integration testing, and functional testing.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect analysis, issue resolution, and business sign-off.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business analysts, and other functional consultants throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare functional documentation, configuration documents, test scripts, and process flows.

1. Data Migration and Reconciliation

• Support legacy financial data extraction, cleansing, mapping, and validation.
• Perform data migration using the SAP Migration Cockpit.
• Validate migrated master data and financial balances, including GL balances, vendor open items, customer open items, and asset balances.
• Perform pre- and post-migration reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Investigate and resolve migration-related discrepancies.
