Ugnay Solutions in Manila seeks an SAP FI/CO TechnoFunctional Consultant (Mid/Senior/Manager) to support end-to-end S/4HANA FI/CO implementations, translating business requirements into functional solutions and guiding clients through finance transformations.

The role requires hands-on FI/CO experience, basic ABAP debugging, data migration activity support, and client workshop facilitation. Hybrid work arrangement applies; permanent position is available.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years SAP FI/CO experience; 5 for Senior, 8 for Manager.
• Hands-on full-cycle SAP FI/CO on S/4HANA.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder skills.

SAP FICO TechnoFunctional Consultant (Mid, Senior, Manager)

You will be working with a global SAP consulting company delivering enterprise solutions for international clients. The SAP TechnoFunctional FI/CO Consultant will support end-to-end implementations, bridging business requirements and technical delivery to help clients optimize their finance processes and achieve successful project outcomes.

What you will do

• Analyze business requirements and design SAP FI/CO solutions with consideration for technical feasibility
• Lead or support full cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects
• Perform basic ABAP debugging to investigate issues and support resolution with technical teams
• Support data migration activities, including preparation and loading of master and transactional data
• Conduct client workshops and provide functional and technical recommendations
• Collaborate with project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Support pre-sales and solution planning activities when needed

What we are looking for

• At least 3 years of SAP FI/CO experience for Consultant, 5 years for Senior Consultant, or 8 years for Manager
• Hands-on experience in full cycle SAP FI/CO implementation on S/4HANA
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance and Controlling processes and cross-module integration
• Knowledge of basic ABAP debugging
• Knowledge of LSMW is an advantage
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in project teams
